With a strong presence across Medical, Laboratory, Automotive, Appliance, Building, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) sectors, this organization is trusted worldwide for innovation, quality, and performance.

The Role
As the Territory Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and deepening market presence across the Western U.S. (AK, AZ, CA, HI, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY). This field-based role involves managing distributor relationships, engaging with end users, and implementing strategies to grow brand loyalty and market share.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.

  • Visit and build relationships with distributors and end users.

  • Deliver sales forecasts using CRM tools.

  • Conduct market analysis to determine pricing strategies and customer needs.

  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

  • Lead training sessions for distributor and end-user teams.

  • Manage territory expenses in line with budget expectations.

  • Provide monthly reporting on sales activities and results.

  • Monitor competitive activity and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Champion new product introductions and promote innovation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum 5 years of PPE sales experience, ideally in respiratory protection.

  • Proven success in new business development and customer engagement.

  • Deep understanding of distribution channels.

Preferred:

  • Advanced Degree.

  • Engineering background, especially in respiratory or air quality systems.
