Our Client is a rapidly growing gourmet dessert and confectionery company with roots in Italy and a fast-expanding footprint in the United States. Known for its artisanal approach and dedication to high-quality, natural ingredients, the company specializes in premium confections, including chocolates, spreads, and gelato. Celebrating traditional flavors and culinary excellence, the brand has established itself globally with boutiques in multiple countries. Its beautifully presented products are popular for both personal enjoyment and gifting occasions.
Your Mission:
We are looking for a highly motivated Store Manager to join our Client’s Retail Team in Glendale, CA!
Our Client’s Retail channel is dynamic, and continually growing, with 17 direct retail US stores presently. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual who has a passion for service, enjoys working through solutions and a tenacious appetite for learning new skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through a high standard of customer service and business acumen
- Be a brand champion
- Support all employees in their training, acting as a guide and motivator while continuously teaching and developing
- Lead your team in reaching its business goals
- Maintain the highest level of food and health compliance within the store
- Effectively communicate to ensure all employees have the resources needed to be successful
- Analyze the store’s performance and deliver on KPIs
- Full ownership of the store’s P&L
- Forecast and build effective schedules
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines and layouts
- Take initiative in creating data-driven business strategies.
- Minimum 3-4 years of store management experience
- Food & beverage or retail experience required, both preferred
- Will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the team, while sharing your passion for our brand
- Positive and adaptable
- Result-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- A growth mindset to constantly develop the store and the people around you
- Fluent in English, bilingual is a plus
- Ability to work a retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays,
