Position Overview:
Our client, a leading provider of industrial machinery and material handling solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee and expand their business operations in the United States. This role will focus on driving sales growth and market presence within key industries such as bulk material handling, cement, mining, and port logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets within the U.S. territory. Identify and prioritize target customers and industries based on market potential.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships. Lead the expansion of our client's product offerings into new markets and regions within the U.S.
- Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise on the full range of our client's products, including bulk material handling equipment, crushers, and reclaimers. Support customers with technical inquiries and product selection.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and ensure competitiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and high customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets. Track sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Travel: Travel up to 80% of the time across the U.S. to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or material handling industries, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of bulk material handling systems, heavy machinery, and related equipment. Experience working with clients in sectors such as cement, mining, and port logistics is highly desirable.
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time within the U.S.
