We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused professional to lead key account growth in a fast-paced, technically sophisticated environment. Spare Parts Sales:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the spare parts market.
  • Understand who your customers are (e.g., mechanics, DIY enthusiasts, businesses).
  • Tailor your message based on their needs and pain points – Equipment age, number of machines etc.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions regarding spare parts, including product specifications and compatibility.
  • Track sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with the product units and service teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet those needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Create Compelling Content
  • Product Descriptions: Highlight the quality, compatibility, and benefits of your spare parts.
  • Case Studies: Showcase success stories or testimonials from satisfied customers.
  • Email Marketing
  • Build a mailing list and send out newsletters featuring new products, promotions, and useful tips. Segment your audience for personalized offers.
  • Attend Trade Shows or Local Events
  • Showcase your products in person and network with potential customers and partners.

Machine Project Management:
  • Track incoming containers / Track delivery dates
  • Project ancillary shipping
  • Project missing parts - order from factory PM
  • Copy docs from factory into airtable (project tracking/monitoring system)
  • Receiving machines - Allocating machines to projects by s/n in AX - Post packing slips for machines

Job Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in spare parts or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of spare parts, technical specifications, and industry trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • High excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and techniques, with the ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet those needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their technical challenges and requirements.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals and respond to technical inquiries during the bidding process.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.
