Sales Assistant – Aviation Industry
Our client is seeking a Sales Assistant to support their sales and customer service team in a fast-paced aviation repair station environment. This role will assist with customer communication, quoting support, order follow-up, shipping documentation, and administrative tasks related to aviation component repairs and overhaul services.

Our client is seeking a Sales Assistant to support their sales and customer service team in a fast-paced aviation repair station environment. This role will assist with customer communication, quoting support, order follow-up, shipping documentation, and administrative tasks related to aviation component repairs and overhaul services.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the sales team with quotes, customer requests, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and update customer/order information
- Support shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and related paperwork
- Coordinate with internal departments such as customer service, shipping/receiving, production, and purchasing
- Follow up on open orders, customer inquiries, and required documentation
- Assist with data entry and organization of sales-related files
- Prior aviation, MRO, repair station, or aerospace industry experience preferred
- Experience with ILS and Quantum is a huge plus
- Knowledge of shipping documentation is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and follow up in a timely manner
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office/Outlook
