This role reports directly to the CEO and focuses on driving sales, brand awareness, and market expansion.

As a Sales & Brand Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote and sell their line of bakery products to food service and retail partners. You will serve as the face of the brand, creating strong relationships, driving sales, and increasing market awareness. Your ability to engage customers, educate them on products, and represent our brand at industry events will be the key to success. Additionally their is a very strong potential for significant growth and development for the right candidate to become a key stakeholder in the organization.

Job Location: this position is remote, but requires residency in Pacific or Western states.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Brand Representation (80%)
  • Strengthen relationships with food service operators, retail buyers, and distributors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow brand presence
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Provide product education and support to customers, ensuring satisfaction
  • Work with distributors to ensure optimal product placement and availability
  • Assist in order management, processing, and follow-ups to drive sales growth
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term loyalty
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sampling experiences to showcase our offerings
  • Build authentic relationships with key decision-makers and industry professionals
  • Gather and report customer feedback and market trends to inform strategy
  • Support new product launches and promotional campaigns
  • Maintain a strong brand presence and uphold company values in all interaction
  • Creating monthly sales projection and performance reports (KPI’s)
  • Booking trade shows and coordinating travel arrangements

Marketing & Social Media (20%)
  • Define and prioritize target markets and distribution channels
  • Develop and produce various marketing materials
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Source advertising opportunities and manage marketing campaigns
  • Develop, post, and manage social media content
  • Monitor performance of marketing campaigns
  • Stay updated with industry trends
  • Monitor competitor activities
  • Promoting pre- and post-trade show activities

Compensation & Benefits:
