Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and a proven track record of successfully filling various positions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
