Job Description


2nd shift Production Supervisor

Summary:

The Shift Supervisor will manage about 6 employees on 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm). They will need to be able to manage and organize the raw material, what the operators produce each day, and manage order production to ship out the orders on time.

We pull the raw material from receiving, mix the rubber, extrude the rubber, cook it, lathe it down, and finally grind the sleeves to their final diameter.

Must have:
  • 3-5 years of Supervising/Management experience in a Production facility
