What You’ll Do:
  • Leverage syndicated and internal data to uncover actionable insights that shape brand, category, and channel strategies
  • Develop data-driven forecasts and scenario plans for new product innovations
  • Lead projects from ideation to market launch, partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Finance
  • Partner with Consumer Insights to create research plans that inform innovation decisions
  • Track US and global food trends to inspire disruptive product development
  • Manage the marketing innovation budget and ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Mentor rotating graduate program marketing team members

 

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 4–6+ years of experience in CPG, with a proven track record in innovation and new product development
  • Strong business acumen and ability to link data (Nielsen, IRI, SPINS) to commercial outcomes
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in consumer products sold through retail, preferably food and beverage
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%)
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about high-quality food
