Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Engineer. The UPS Engineer will be responsible for startup/commissioning, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing UPS systems to ensure uninterrupted power supply for critical infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Startup/commissioning UPS systems in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of UPS systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing issues with UPS systems, including power failures, battery failures, and other malfunctions.
  • Implementing preventive maintenance plans for UPS systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate UPS systems into existing infrastructure and new projects.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to internal teams and external clients on UPS-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ Years of experience working with UPS systems in a professional capacity.
  • Strong understanding of electrical principles and power distribution systems.
  • Proficiency in UPS integration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to UPS systems, such as NEC, IEEE, and NEMA.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Qualifications:

Experience with backup power systems and related environments such as Data Centers, Hospitals, Production factories, Power Plants and so on.
