Field Installation & Service Engineer

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair packaging systems and machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Conduct technical training for clients’ staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Provide detailed service reports.
- Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks.
- Follow company procedures and protocols.
- Build positive relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
Qualifications:
- Technical degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to diagnose common control systems hardware issues.
- Previous experience with robotics and packaging machineries installation and troubleshooting is highly desired.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 70% of the time.
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
- Able to fabricate/modify parts independently using standard tooling and equipment.
