We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join Ursula's customer service team in Philadelphia. The team operates in a high-paced and high-volume environment, providing exceptional customer service. The role involves not only customer interactions but also requires proficiency in procurement and logistics-related tasks. This is an on-site position, and candidates with a strong customer service background, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing and resolving customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Generate quotes and process purchase orders (POs) with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service operations.
- Utilize SAP software for various tasks; prior knowledge is a plus.
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment and contribute to team goals.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a high-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in handling quotes and POs.
- Background in procurement and logistics is highly desirable.
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Team-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
