Job Description

Over the years, this brand has established a strong reputation for equipping individuals around the world to ride off-road. As Brand Manager, you will be working to continue this pursuit, leveraging a deep knowledge of the target communities in order to further increase brand integrity and strengthen brand pillars. The primary goal of the Brand Manager is to define and implement an effective brand strategy aimed at anticipating and meeting the needs of consumers across various relevant audience segments and product categories. Additionally, the Brand Manager will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new brand positioning opportunities, both in terms of product portfolios and consumer segments, ensuring each are suitably aligned with overall brand identity. 

Job tasks   
  • Analysis, understanding and segmentation of the target market, its communities, and respective consumers
  • Evaluation of brand positioning/identity and related product portfolios; identifying any new opportunities consistent with brand and corporate strategy
  • Definition of product strategy in cooperation with Sales & Marketing
  • Managing relations with the most strategic brand stakeholders
  • Definition and management of teams, including the development of professional roles, in line with brand needs
  • Responsibility for overall product and brand investments and structuring of costs for the CB brand
  • Strategic coordination of the CB product plan with different production facilities
Responds to    GM CEO
Report to this role    Product Manager (and product design consultants)
Creatives & Designers

Collaborates mostly with    Sales & Marketing, R&D Managers, Operations

    Key media, accounts, suppliers, consultants, agencies

Economics/Marketing/Product Engineering

Professional background
(Role/industry)    Managerial roles in marketing, product, or brand management in companies/brands from Outdoor/Sport/Cycling industries, with international experience preferred. 
Years in similar roles    5 years
Years of professional experience    7-10 years
