Our client has tasked us with selecting an Operations Manager, knowledgeable and competent to lead their operations in the United States, drive growth, and uphold their legacy of excellence.

Position Overview: As the Operations Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing a broad spectrum of our client's activities in coordination with the parent company. The primary focus will be on internal coordination among various business areas and towards the Italian parent company. Your role will encompass managing and steering operations, optimizing processes, maintaining client relationships while adhering to the economic/financial and commercial compliance of the Group. Your leadership will be crucial in achieving company objectives, aligning with the policies and broader vision of the Italian group.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee operational management, including production, quality assurance, supply chain management, resource allocation, and continuous process improvement to ensure efficient workflows and timely project completion.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals, including production, logistics, finance, IT, human resources, and administrative staff. Foster an inclusive and innovative work environment that promotes cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold the company's commitment to delivering superior quality products by establishing and maintaining rigorous quality control protocols and standards.
• Compliance and Global Standards: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety protocols, and ethical practices, consistent with group guidelines.
• Reporting and Collaboration: Provide regular updates to the group's leadership on performance metrics, financial indicators, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (5-10 years) in leadership roles within the printing industry, with experience in medium-sized companies.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Skills in financial management, budget drafting, and cost analysis.
• Comprehensive understanding of printing technologies, quality control procedures, and best industry practices.
• Ability to seamlessly integrate a broader view of management and leadership with a hands-on approach for effective problem-solving.
• Fluent in Italian to facilitate communication with the parent company.
• Previous exposure to the Italian market, demonstrating a deep understanding of business dynamics, cultural nuances, and industry trends.
• Proven experience managing multiple short-term orders requiring high customization.
• Skill in promoting a collaborative, innovative, and diverse corporate culture.
• Ability to effectively solve problems and make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to achieving company objectives.
• Familiarity with market trends, competition, and customer preferences in the printing sector.
• Ability to work in the United States and possess a Green Card or an equivalent visa.
